KR Nail Salon & Spa San Antonio is equipped with the highest quality of products and services for a quality salon experience. Our well-trained and experienced staff are dedicated to providing customer service based on your wants and needs. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our services, please kindly let us know and we will happily try our best to make everything right. All services are nonrefundable.

KR Nail Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client if a medical condition prevents us from performing a safe and clean service. In keeping with our goal of safety and cleanliness, please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions or nail concerns you may have before your service begins. We believe these standards further add to the clean and healthy environment at KR Nail Salon & Spa.

Sterilized tools and sanitized equipment are prepared for each use, without exception. For your peace of mind, all of our implements are either discarded after a single use or properly sanitized in EPA-registered, hospital grade disinfectant and sealed in a sanitation pouch.

We also have a very sophisticated ventilation system to clear out all the fumes and dust so it always smells fresh!

Please kindly notify our salon if it appears that you are going to be late for your appointment. If you arrive late by 15–20 minutes without advance notice, we shall reserve the right to move on to the next customer.
